Medical Insurance

The Insurance Medical Card is a part of the residency visa procedure, in the same time there is a lot to do in the ministry of Interior's before applying for a Kuwait residency.
The Consumable, needs the visa procedure, you should keep the card, under any circumstances.
The Insurance Card covers only the basic Health Services in the Governmental Hospital and Clinics:

1- Medical Examination and treatment by doctors in the Clinics and Hospitals.

2- Laboratories test and X-rays.

3- Surgical operations except Plastic Surgery.

4- Expenditures for regular situations and emergency treatment, medicine and accommodation in hospitals.

5- Dental ordinary treatment (no Planting or polishing).

6- The Ministry of health issued a decision to identification the Services.

7- The Minister of health issued a decision to identification these services; foreigner can get the medicines and some additional optional services.

Additional Information:

Present or Renewing residency is required the foreign should be covered/under health insurance and this subject to the Law and the employer will abide to pay the insurance premiums or health insurance.

Car Accident Steps

1- You call Hameed’s numbers 667-890-23 / 999-292-11 or Mohammed Radwan’s number 666-985-31.

2- You go to the police station in the same area you had the accident, take a paper called (Case Evidence) from the investigations [this procedures linked with the ministry of interior and depends on the accident timing, it could take more than 2 hours or postponed it to the next day] it’s always depends on the time.

3- Both individual [2 persons made the accident] have to attend the investigator office with a copy of these documents:

Civil ID.
Driving License.
Vehicles registration book.

4- You take a repairing paper from the investigator [sometimes you receive this paper the next day]

5- You take this paper to the insurance company then they schedule the vehicles for repairing [with loaner].

6- In case the vehicle needs a Technical Expert, the car report will be delay for 24 to 48 hrs.

7- In all cases, Hameed or Mohammed Radwan will be with you, but you have to attend.

8- Sometimes they ask for a Kuwaiti Sponsor our attendance will be certain.

Specifications

Residency for the first time in Kuwait and the client had no previous residency in Kuwait

The clients must travel to Bahrain to finish some procedures and some medical and physical test.

1 - After receiving the passport copy and the inters visa copy in the case of the client inside Kuwait we book him/her ticket and a letter from Kuwait Airways to travel and is this procedure will take 48 hours.

2 - After the flight booking and the Kuwait Airways letter, we apply the person/individual a work permit and is this procedure will take 7 days approximately.

3 - After issuing work permit we provide all documents to obtain a work visa based on permission by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor and this will take almost 3 days.

4 - Then we ratification the Visa work from the ministry of external within 7 days, in this stage we 10 personal picture of the person/individual model annex (4x6 blue background.

5 - Fix the Bahrain trip and arranging the client traveling for the medical and physical test trip “depends on the client schedule”.

6 - We delivery the client 3 Original Work Visa copies, “two originals copies + one copy ratification from Bahraini embassy” and he/she must take with him/her 4 personal pictures attached when he/she is traveling to Bahrain.

7 - The client will travel for 2 days for the medical and physical test to Bahrain and come back after 2 days.

8 - When the clients enter Kuwait in this stage he/she must enter with the Work Visa and stamp it in the airport with entrees stamp.

9 - After the client, he/she return we issue work permit from the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs with 2 days.

10 - Printing the medical test and fingerprints for the client with 1 day.

11 - After printing the medical test and fingerprints for the client we schedule him/her a date for the medical test and fingerprinting in Kuwait “depends on the client schedule”. We need in this stage 10 picture personal picture of the client (4x6 blue backgrounds).

12 - Working on the medical test and fingerprinting in Kuwait and receipt the medical tests, the criminal result, and this procedure takes about 10 days, From the date of test.

13 - Then after this, we make the health insurance for the client.

14 - Stamping the residency Visa in the passport based on the medical, criminal, permits and work permit granted by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, so in this case the client obtained to establish the State of Kuwait.

15 - Applying for a CID “Civil ID” based on the residency stamped in the passport takes approximately about 15 days.

16 - Now all procedures for issuing Residency Visa for the clients is Done, after this we start issuing his/her driving license.

Renewing Residency in Kuwait

1 - After receiving the Original passport and the Original civil ID..................................................................

2 - The Company will renewal the work permit for the client with 2 days.

3 - After this we will make the client Medical insurance for another year.

4 - Renewing the residency stamp in the passport for another year based on the work permits granted by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor with and that means that client had renewal his residency in Kuwait Country with 3 days.

5 - Applying for a CID “Civil ID” based on the residency stamped in the passport takes approximately about 2 days.

Transferring residency Art 18 National Contract

1 - Printing a governmental pattern for transferring, this pattern should be signed by both parties the 1^st Company and the 2^nd Company.

2 - The Company will issue the client a work permit under her name with 7 days.

3 - After this will make the client Medical insurance for a year with 1 day.

4 - Renewing the residency stamp in the passport for another year based on the work permits granted by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor with and that means that client transferred his residency under “UKL” United Kuwait Land Co. with 2 days.

5 - Applying for a CID “Civil ID” based on the residency stamped in the passport takes approximately about 2 days.

Transfer residency for a client already have a residency in Kuwait

The client should travel to Bahrain tow times

First time to cancel his/her old residency and to stamp his/her passport out plus deleting all his/her residency information

Second time to Bahrain for some procedures, medical and physical insurance

1 - After arrange the cancellation from the 1^st company and cancel him completely from this company.

2 - He/She will receive a Pink Print from this company.

3 - Then we book a trip to Bahrain to stamp out the passport

4 - United Kuwait Land Co. “UKL” will send one of her employees with the client to the airport to stamp the Pink Print to complete the cancellation of the old residency.

5 - When the client inter Kuwait county should be with a Normal Tourism Visa

6 - After receiving the passport copy and the inters visa copy, we book him/her ticket and a letter from Kuwait Airways to travel and is this procedure will take 48 hours.

21 - Now all procedures for issuing Residency Visa for the clients is Done, after this we start issuing his/her driving license.

Notes:

All the days including is a working days and considering the weekend and the official vacations.
In case the clients stayed out of the country more than 6 months his/her residence will be automatically canceled.
In case the residency expired while the clients out of the country his/her, residence will be automatically canceled.
In case the client will leave the country for good, he/she has to inform us so we can arrange this matter.
In case of not following these steps (instructions), this will cause problems and difficulties that may effect the work speed completion and may harm the individual (client) himself later.
